State code of eligibility is the code of the state from where you have passed class 12th/equivalent qualifying examination by virtue of which you become eligible to appear in the JEE Main.
Nationality displays your status belonging to a particular nation by origin, birth, or naturalization. It can be any one from these- Indian, OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), PIO (Person of Indian Origin), Foreign (other than OCI/PIO).

On the basis of your class XII / qualifying examination results, your percentile score is calculated by using the formula below-
Number of candidates in your board with aggregate marks less than you*100
Total number of candidates from your board, who appeared for JEE Main

Scores of all JEE Main candidates appearing on All India basis are arranged in merit and their percentile is derived. This All India percentile score belongs to the corresponding JEE Main score.

These are the subject-wise scores in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics secured out of a total of 120 marks per section. Here, the candidate has scored 100 out of 360 (120+120+120).

This is the normalized score of which 40% is taken into consideration for JEE Main rank derivation. This is the average of JEE Main aggregate marks corresponding to percentile at the All India level (B1) and the board from which you have appeared in class 12 exam (B2).
Your normalized board score is computed as:
b= 0.5 * (B1 + B2)

This is the composite score, which is calculated by determining 60 per cent of your JEE Main score (a) and 40 per cent of normalized score (b). In this case, the composite score is calculated in this way-
C= 0.6 X 100 + 0.4 X 101.50
  = 60 X 40.6
  = 100.60

This is your All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main that is derived by arranging composite scores of all candidates in ascending order. In this case, the candidate has secured AIR 10376 under CRL (Common Rank List).
